If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Please contact us before you send the product by email


Sale items

Sale items can be not be refunded.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Beauty Beyond, unless the product was originally delivered damaged. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Delivery

Orders shipped within the U.S. can be expected within 7-10 business days (or less). Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Beauty Beyond is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Beauty Beyond ships to U.S. addresses excluding PO Boxes. We do not ship internationally, to international re-shippers, or to businesses that forward packages to international addresses. DOT restricted

DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, PO Box addresses or international customers.

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
